Meet the Team
Meet Bre Kauffman
Bre is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. She completed her M.S. in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and her personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She also has training in culinary nutrition. Bre has 4.5 years of experience in clinical nutrition and nutritional counseling. She has worked with many patients suffering from chronic diseases that are often preventable and can be improved by changes in diet and lifestyle. Diet and lifestyle are very influential factors in our health!
She is passionate about whole-person wellness and empowering you to create a healthy relationship with food. She believes that each person’s nutrition needs and health journey is different, and food is just one aspect of nourishing your body and your health. She is excited to partner with you and encourage you to take steps to improve your overall health.
Meet Jeanette Barber
Jeanette is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She has a passion for people and wellness and enjoys encouraging people to prioritize self-care and live a healthy lifestyle. She has studied and highly values the impact of exercise on mental wellbeing.
Jeanette received her health coach certification from American Council on Exercise and her personal trainer certification from National Exercise Trainers Association. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and has had careers in corporate wellness, fitness, and human resources/employee relations.
