Coffee Chats are a FREE one hour conversational session with Health Coach Jeanette, where we will talk motivators, challenges, and strategies to pursue a healthy lifestyle in a supportive and encouraging environment. They are designed to inspire you to start and continue taking steps to live well!

Grab a cup of coffee (for purchase) from the Character Coffee Cart outside before heading up to the Loft!
