Hi, I’m Jeanette!

I am a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with experience in fitness, corporate wellness and human resources. I have a passion for people and wellness and for helping people thrive in all aspects of life. My encouraging and motivational approach enables me to build trusting relationships and inspire change.

 Feeling strong and fit is empowering physically, emotionally and mentally. With one-on-one health coaching I can assist you in starting an exercise program, choosing healthy foods, discuss stress management techniques and work with you to discover the impact of exercise on mental wellbeing.

My Story

I have experienced the positive effects of regular exercise and healthy eating throughout my life. Feeling strong and fit is empowering physically, emotionally and mentally. I have always been active, but my life-changed when, 15 years ago, I was challenged to do 150 minutes of aerobic exercise a week. Sure, there are weeks when I don’t meet my goal, but I can honestly say that I miss working out if I skip too many days. As for eating, although I love an occasional bacon cheese burger dripping with barbeque sauce, my focus is fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins, fats and carbs. They fuel my body properly. I have studied and highly value the impact of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle on both physical and mental wellbeing. I would love to connect with you and to encourage you on your wellness journey.
